A message from the Tom Wood Group regarding the Coronavirus (Covid-19):

We wanted to take a moment to address the on-going and fast-developing situation as we all work to do our part in mitigating the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). This is clearly a serious situation of global proportions. However by taking prudent and thoughtful steps and following the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other government agencies, we can and will get through this.

It’s also important to remember that while we have all been asked to significantly modify our day-to-day activities, many important aspects of daily life continue. Restaurants and bars are closed, but we all still need access to grocery stores or takeout; we may need access to health care, medicine and emergency services; we need to be able to get to and connect with family members that might rely on us for all sorts of support. Many of these activities depend on reliable transportation and that’s why the Tom Wood Group intends to remain open and be here to help our clients meet their particular needs.

However, we must do this with the health and safety of all of our teammates, family members and guests as the primary consideration.

We have and will continue to adhere to guidance regarding social distancing and personal and workplace hygiene practices including:

  • All service team members wear rubber gloves when doing any work on a customer car.
  • All touch-points of vehicle interiors are cleaned with disinfectants before returning to customers.
  • We are employing extra cleaning on high traffic areas throughout the dealership (tables, chairs, doorknobs, railings, countertops, etc.) using disinfectant wipes
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the showroom and service waiting area.
  • We continue to offer you our complimentary Courtesy Shuttle.
  • We are offering free pick-up and delivery to your home or office. Simply request this service when you call and make a service reservation.
  • As always, most of your shopping experience can be completed online, via the mobile app or on the phone.
